We all play the game.

As children growing up we all learned the skill of playing checkers. Simple enough with a goal of capturing all of your opponents pieces while protecting your own.

​

As we got older we learned all the nuances of the game and determined how we could lead our opponent into various traps and ill advised moves. The game follows threads of logic and strategies with little room for emotion.

Often our lives are like a game of checkers with every move and jump based on us attempting to outwit others. But let us not forget the emotional side of integrating with our fellow travelers such that our logic and strategy are replaced by love and compassion.
